ok. This was another of the same type of book. I decided to plow through this series, but I think I am going to take a cheesy paranormal break. Again, this story is highly descriptive with all the actions & reasonings behind the actions. It was good, but I can't add anything new and interesting from what I said about the other books. I may have liked this a little more than the last book, but not enough to change the rating. It's a good read & worth it, but if you read fast like me, it may become to much for your head to take reading them all in a row!
Gil Stewart is an ordinary man, running his own business and caring for his institutionalized nephew, Carson, one week a month. One day, his seemingly normal life is shattered by a series of strange events beginning with a bizarre death on the highway. Now, Gil must remember a past he has tried to forget and piece together the fragments of his memories in order to discover the secret of the Keepers, and why the man killed on the highway warned him of them. It's time to recall his parents and the unbreakable bond he formed with Beth, the love of his life, long missing and presumed dead...and he must do it quickly...before the Keepers come.
