Yine, gerçekten ölçen bir çocuk kitabı. Sayfaları yeterince hızlı çeviremezsiniz. ÇOK orijinal hikaye
I hated this book, and it took me forever to finish it. I dragged my feet through every chapter, and I couldn't wait to be done. I thought it was going to be awesome fantasy, but it so was not. To be honest, I could recognize that a whole whoppin' lot of the book was about politics, but I personally didn't "get" it. The story and characters weirded me out (I had NO attachment to them). This was NOT a fun book like I had expected. Ugh. I really disliked this book.
I really enjoyed this one! I have been playing video games for a long time and it was nice to go back and re-visit those older times. The book is obviously outdated as it was published quite a while ago, eons in videogame time! Definitely recommended for anyone who likes games. There are no put downs here, not one word about video games being bad for you.... So, whether you just started playing or are old skool, this one is for you!
This book is insufferable. What really irritates me about it is that people hear I study history and they immediately ask me if I've read it, as though the Academy makes studying McCullough some kind of prerequisite for a degree. I'm a snob. If you don't mind no annotations vapid narration it is fine. I couldn't finish a chapter so maybe my review is unfair.
Another one of these clever-clever books that, as a librarian, I am supposed to slobber all over and pat myself on the back when I get all the references. As an actual book that is fun to read? Not much of a success.
