I LOVED this book. It was the first that I read before seeing the movie and it's by far my favorite in the series. I thought it had a great storyline and the development of the characters finally reaching their late teens years were really nice too. I read this book in about three days flat bc I was so anxious to see what would happen. I'm really happy I read this before seeing the movie.

This is an absolutely beautiful book. It operates on so many levels that I don't believe I'll ever come close to understanding them all, but I don't feel that I am at a loss because this is so. Grasping even a small piece of what Plascencia has to offer is enough.
