I only discovered Michael Connelly a couple of years ago when I got one of his audiobooks from the library. I realized that his books are perfect to listen to while driving, and have listened to many since that first one. But.... I absolutely could not wait to get "The Brass Verdict" on audio (there were 65 people ahead of me on the library waiting list) so I got the "real" book. Suffice to say that I was up until 2 AM finishing it. What a great story, with lots of clever twists and turns and an intricate plot. I loved how the author inserted Harry Bosch, the longtime hero of Connelly's other novels, into the book. This book gave me hours of reading pleasure and delivered a satisfying ending. What more can one ask for from an author? I am looking forward to more "Lincoln Lawyer" books from this author.
