This was really interesting and totally makes me want to recommit to exercise and consistent sleep. I liked his recommendation and bullet point summaries at the end of each chapter.

I liked it - but I remained somewhat ambivalent about the main characters. You hated the bad guys, but you certainly didn't love the good guys.
